AAMU Community Development Corporation
The Alabama A&M University Community Development Corporation (CDC) is a developmental entity that improves housing and economic conditions in North Huntsville and Madison County. Only three years old, CDC was founded for the express purpose of involving AAMU in the business of improving the vicinity surrounding it.

Recent Accomplishments
"The CDC achieved many milestones in the past year, we implemented a housing rehab program in Edmonton Hieghts, started a club for first time home buyers, moved into a new office, began constructing a neihborhood family center, hired new staff, and formed new partnerships with the neighborhood and civic groups and the financial institutions."
